Actually, that wasn't the entrance sign for us but the one at the park exit. But this picture may mark the beginning of the Yellowstone National Park section in this picture diary. You can see all the tour members except our guide who had to take the picture.

It was quite cold while we stayed on the camp ground in Yellowstone National Park: -7°C. And it was even snowing a little bit. Would you like to be out there in the tent the whole night long? We had to fight! Get out of your clothes and jump into the sleeping bag! The next morning is comming for sure...

Geysirs and other volcanic activities can be found all around this National Park. The most famous one among them is Old Faithful.

A quite important part of the trekkers life is cooking. When travelling with Trek America, the passengers have to cook their food themselves. Every day some trek members have to fulfill this charge. In Yellowstone we made a curry and rice.
