Homepage zu gestalten und auch als solche zu unterhalten. Qualitätskontrolle ist wichtig, denn die Besucher
hassen nichts mehr, als ins Nirvana führende Links.
Weil diese Software zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt ausschliesslich in englischer Sprache verfügbar
ist, sind auch die folgenden Anleitungen und Informationen nur in dieser Sprache verfasst. An dieser Stelle
deshalb eine Entschuldigung an die deutschsprachige Bevölkerung, mit dem gutgemeinten Hinweis, dass man als
Server-Administrator sowieso zumindest über minimale Englischkenntnisse verfügen muss.
The current version of 'Shima Homepage Statistics Analyzer' allows to detect errors on your homepage
by reading and analyzing the server log files
(Common log file format).
Many analyzing tools such als WebAlizer only report
how many people have visited your site - which may help your ego - , but not errors (like the 'famous' 404).
Detecting errors is very much more important to create and keep a successful homepage. That's called quality
control. There is nothing users hate more than dead links.

User instructions
- Download the application. No installation is needed.
- Start the application.
- Download a server log file from your homepage.
- Load the server log file into 'Shima Homepage Statistics Analyzer'.
- Choose a target directory for the report file.
- Select which server status codes to be reported.
- Press "Analyze" to generate the report.
- Press "View" to view the report file.
Uninstall instructions
- Delete the executable.
- Start Windows Registry Editor (regedit.exe).
- Delete the following registry key:
